You don't have to do this alone.

There's something uniquely powerful about being in a room with others who get it. Group therapy offers connection, shared insight, and the reminder that your experiences are valid — and that healing is possible.

About Group therapy at Riverwood Counseling & Wellness

Groups are small, intentional, and carefully facilitated. Each group is designed around a specific theme or shared experience, so every member feels seen and the work stays focused. Groups meet weekly and are limited in size to protect the intimacy of the space.
