A place where your story is honored and your growth is supported.

My Approach

Because no two people are the same, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate various evidence-based practices, tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and goals. Depending on what resonates most with you, we may draw from the following frameworks:

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you identify and reshape thought patterns that keep you stuck.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy builds skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

ACT

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps you clarify your values and commit to meaningful action despite difficult feelings.

Christian Counseling

For clients who desire it, I integrate a Christian perspective that emphasizes grace, identity, and hope. Faith can be a powerful source of healing and renewal — but it is never required. You choose the direction of your healing.

Who I Work With

It can feel incredibly lonely to struggle with things that feel "invisible," like deep-seated shame, a fractured sense of identity, or the quiet weight of trauma. If you find yourself looking in the rearview mirror—focusing on past mistakes, trying to make sense of a diagnosis that you know doesn't define you, or never feeling like you're 'enough' - Let's talk. I support women and girls (13+) in exploring the whole of who they are—mind, body, spirit, relationships, and environment—so they can begin to live a more intentional and fulfilling life.

You are more than your diagnosis.

Labels can be helpful, but they don't define you. I work with the whole person — your story, your strengths, and your goals.

Healing happens in relationship.

The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard.

Progress, not perfection.

Growth is rarely linear. I meet you where you are and celebrate every step forward, no matter how small.
